This package yields 3 servings. For 2 servings, use 1/2 as much (24 Oz) broth.
1). Add water into pot.
Then heat the water until it is boiled.
2). Dip the Pho (Noodle) into the boiling water for approximately 5-10 seconds.
3). Prepare a soup base.
Pour soup over the Pho (Noodle).
And it's ready to serve. |
Soup base directions for 4 servings.
Use bouillon cubes or powder (chicken or beef flavor) to make 6 cups (48 Oz)
broth.
Bring to simmer, add optional sliced beef or chicken and fresh bean sprouts.
Boil until meat is cooked.
Pour broth over each serving.
Garnish with fresh or dry mint and or cilantro leaves. |
